What would you be doing?
- Own end-to-end communication with creators through WhatsApp, email, and in-app channels.
- Draft and send updates about new campaigns, feature launches, performance insights, and key announcements.
- Manage communication calendars, trackers, and weekly schedules.
- Coordinate with CX, Product, Growth, and Creator teams for timely updates
- Perform basic checks on message accuracy, links, segmentation, and grammar
- Track engagement metrics and optimize communication tone, timing, and format.
- Assist in managing feedback loops — collecting creator queries and sharing insights with internal teams
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and channel checklists
What are we looking for?
If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media space - we like you already :)
- 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or creator/community management.
- Excellent writing and editing skills — you know how to make any message sound clear, human, and engaging.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- A people-first mindset and ability to communicate with empathy and clarity
