About the Role

We’re seeking a confident communicator & and very good in communication who thrives on ownership and accountability. As our Communication Associate, you'll support leadership, plan impactful projects and events, engage our community through creative content, and sharpen our communication strategies with data-backed insights.

What You’ll Do

• Support Leadership: Manage schedules, craft internal communications, and prepare agendas and reports.
• Run Projects & Events: Handle the planning, logistics, execution, and follow-up for both virtual and in-person initiatives.
• Build & Engage Community: Develop engaging content—such as blog posts, social media content, and newsletters—to grow and connect with our audience.
• Measure & Optimize: Monitor engagement metrics, analyze results, and present actionable insights to refine communication strategies.

Who You Are

• Residing in Jaipur—this is an on-site role for local applicants.
• A strong communicator—effective in both written and verbal communication.
• Responsible, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in communications (relevant internships, projects, or roles)—or a motivated newcomer looking to make an impact.
