Job Description

Role Overview: As an S&C GN Comms & Media Analyst/Consultant at Accenture, you will work with leading global clients within the telecom industry, focusing on B2B domain expertise. You will be responsible for driving profitability, quality, and reliability by delivering management and technology consultancy services. Your role will involve enhancing business strategies in areas such as product innovation, business model transformation, and sales acceleration. Key Responsibilities: - Support delivery of management consulting projects for global clients, collaborating in small to medium-sized teams to drive value creation across B2B segments - Conduct market and competitive assessments to assist telecom clients in defining future growth strategies and transforming product portfolios - Assist in developing detailed product roadmaps, use case design, and business case evaluation for opportunity assessment - Enable collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement product roadmaps using agile methodologies - Support the development of offering strategies by exploring bundling opportunities with ecosystem partners and providing a framework for partnership evaluation and operating models - Develop bundling and pricing strategies to maximize customer value and revenue growth - Create GTM strategies for market entry and expansion by conducting market assessments, opportunity sizing, target segment definition, channel strategy design, and customer success planning - Assist market-facing executives in business development activities, including bid management and proposal preparation - Collaborate with executives for the development of assets, methodologies, point of views, research, and white papers to enhance team capabilities and drive thought leadership within the broader community Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in delivering consulting engagements - Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level discussions - Deep understanding of the telecom industry, with experience in delivering at least one or more B2B projects in areas such as product innovation, business model transformation, or sales acceleration - Understanding of Telecom B2B process design and optimization across the value chain, including Lead-to-Cash and Trouble-to-Resolve - Ability to conduct B2B domain-specific market assessments, competitive benchmarking, opportunity sizing, and business case design - Experience in use case and business case design for various solutions including connectivity++, horizontal, and vertical industry solutions - Foundational understanding of AI-enabled product and service models, particularly in AI infrastructure areas - Knowledge of emerging business models in B2B marketplaces and telco data-enabled products - Expertise in requirement gathering & documentation, business analysis, agile methodologies, and data analysis tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
