Job Description

Role Overview: As an S&C GN Comms & Media Analyst/Consultant at Accenture, you will work with leading global clients in the telecom industry to deliver management and technology consultancy services. Your deep industry expertise in the B2B domain will enable clients to enhance their business strategies in areas such as product portfolio evolution, business model transformation, and sales acceleration. Key Responsibilities: - Support delivery of management consulting projects for global clients, focusing on B2B segments including large enterprises, mid-market, and SMBs. - Conduct market and competitive assessments to help telecom clients define growth strategies and transform their product portfolios. - Assist in developing detailed product roadmaps, use case design, and business case evaluation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product roadmaps using agile methodologies. - Develop offering strategies by exploring bundling opportunities with ecosystem partners and creating pricing strategies to maximize customer value. - Create GTM strategies for market entry and expansion, including market assessments, opportunity sizing, target segment definition, channel strategy design, and customer success planning. - Assist market-facing executives in business development activities, bid management, and proposal preparation. - Collaborate with executives to develop assets, methodologies, research, and white papers to enhance team capabilities and drive thought leadership within the community. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in delivering consulting engagements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level discussions. - Deep understanding of the telecom industry, with experience in delivering B2B projects in areas such as product innovation, business model transformation, or sales acceleration. - Understanding of Telecom B2B process design and optimization, Lead-to-Cash, and Trouble-to-Resolve. - Ability to conduct B2B domain-specific market assessments, competitive benchmarking, opportunity sizing, and business case design. - Experience in use case and business case design for various solutions in connectivity, horizontal, and vertical industries. - Basic understanding of AI-enabled product and service models, AI infrastructure areas, and emerging business models in B2B marketplaces. - Expertise in requirement gathering, business analysis, agile methodologies, and data analysis tools. - Experience with solution bundling, revenue growth strategies, sales enablement, and crafting B2B GTM strategies. - Understanding of lean concepts and experience in delivering technology-driven business transformation projects using agile practices.
