Commodity Manager

Position: Commodity Leader – Supply Chain Management
Location: Sriperumbudur
Experience: Prior Purchasing or relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage suppliers and validate material requirements for the C&C segment.
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts (FWA, TSA, Appendices).
• Allocate manufacturing needs among suppliers.
• Support R&D, Engineering, and Plants in conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for material validation and cost information.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Travel outside the office as needed to achieve objectives.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of Electrical Protection and market supply chain.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP (SAP R3/BO) is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.
• Self-sufficient, curious, goal-oriented, empathetic, responsible, with good people skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹767,427.19 - ₹947,401.73 per year
