6+ Years (4+ Years in Development)Position OverviewThis role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications that meet complex business and user requirements. The position covers the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, quality assurance, deployment, and continuous improvement. It is well-suited for full-stack engineers who can work across both front-end and back-end components.Key Responsibilities
  • Engage closely with stakeholders to understand use cases, pain points, and functional requirements, ensuring user-centric software solutions
  • Design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions using modern tools, programming languages, frameworks, and Agile methodologies
  • Analyze application requirements and select appropriate technology stacks, integration approaches, and deployment strategies
  • Define high-level software architecture, outlining system structure, components, and interfaces
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product owners, designers, and architects
  • Establish and implement software testing strategies, standards, and processes aligned with industry best practices
  • Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and development efficiency through optimization and adoption of new technologies
  • Follow best programming practices including test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD)
  • Implement security best practices to protect user data, including encryption and anonymization
  • Develop intuitive, user-friendly, and interactive front-end interfaces
  • Build and maintain back-end systems such as APIs and microservices
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, contributing to innovation across new technology stack layers
