Job Summary

CWWS India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to handle testing, start-up, commissioning, and performance evaluation of water and wastewater treatment systems. The role involves ensuring that plants such as STP, WTP, ETP, RO, DME, ZLD, GWTP, and RWTP operate as per design, quality, andsafety standards. Candidates must be ready to relocate to Pune, with accommodation provided if required.

Key Responsibilities

Commissioning & Start-up

• Carry out testing, start-up, and commissioning of water & wastewater treatment plants
• Commission systems including STP, WTP, ETP, RO, DME, ZLD, GWTP, RWTP
• Conduct hydraulic testing, mechanical checks, and functional testing
• Monitor process parameters and optimize plant performance
• Identify issues during commissioning and coordinate corrective actions

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with installation, electrical, and instrumentation teams
• Support trial runs and performance guarantee (PG) tests
• Prepare commissioning reports, test records, and O&M inputs
• Train operators and hand over plants to clients

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 0–5 years of experience in commissioning of water/wastewater treatment plants (Freshers can apply)

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, ZLD, DME systems
• Understanding of process flow, P&IDs, and control philosophy
• Familiarity with pumps, blowers, membranes, dosing systems, and instrumentation
• Ability to troubleshoot process and mechanical issues
• Knowledge of safety procedures during commissioning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
