The platform provides a transparent and clear space for property buyers and sellers to locate properties of interest and gather information on the real estate market. Ocman Realty aims to make property transactions more seamless and reliable.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Manager located in Pune. The Commission Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, conducting market analysis, reporting on sales performance, and mentoring the sales team to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Market Analysis, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and setting performance targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
