Commis I - Continental Cuisine

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in Continental Cuisine. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Prepare and cook various Continental cuisine dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the culinary experience.

• Proven experience as a Commis I in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
