Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commis to join our team in the F&B Production department at The Postcard Hotel. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Support the restaurant team during busy periods to maintain excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Basic knowledge of food safety procedures and protocols.
