Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of all food preparation, service, and hygiene in your respective Kitchen, following the standards required by the management. This includes menu planning, organizing theme events, and preparing Chinese dishes. You will also plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements, assisting the chef in developing daily and seasonal menu items for the Chinese cuisine. Your role will involve ensuring correct timing during service and ensuring that all food served is of the highest standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in all responsible Kitchens to uphold a high standard of food safety.,
