Job Title: Commis Chef – Korean Cuisine

Location: Kori's Korean Dining Safdarjung / GK-1

Kori's Korean Dining is a specialty Korean restaurant dedicated to delivering authentic flavors and memorable dining experiences. We pride ourselves on quality, tradition, and innovation in Korean cuisine. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of Korean dishes (BBQ, stews, banchan, noodles, etc.)
• Perform basic kitchen tasks such as chopping, marinating, grilling, and plating under supervision
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Support in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and ingredients
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards set by the Head Chef
• Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations in good condition
• Learn and develop knowledge of authentic Korean cooking techniques and ingredients

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a commis chef, kitchen assistant, or trainee (experience in Korean/Asian cuisine preferred)
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Korean cooking methods
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
