Job Title: Commis Chef – Korean Cuisine Location: Kori's Korean Dining Safdarjung / GK-1 About Us: Kori's Korean Dining is a specialty Korean restaurant dedicated to delivering authentic flavors and memorable dining experiences. We pride ourselves on quality, tradition, and innovation in Korean cuisine. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of Korean dishes (BBQ, stews, banchan, noodles, etc.) Perform basic kitchen tasks such as chopping, marinating, grilling, and plating under supervision Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen Support in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and ingredients Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards set by the Head Chef Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations in good condition Learn and develop knowledge of authentic Korean cooking techniques and ingredients Requirements: Prior experience as a commis chef, kitchen assistant, or trainee (experience in Korean/Asian cuisine preferred) Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices Willingness to learn and adapt to Korean cooking methods Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays What We Offer: Competitive salary and service charge/tips Training in authentic Korean cuisine from experienced chefs Meals on duty and staff discounts Career growth opportunities within the restaurant group Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund
