Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef specializing in South Indian Cuisine, located in Trivandrum. The Commis Chef will be responsible for food preparation, assisting with cooking, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring the quality of South Indian dishes. Daily tasks will include preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes and standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The role also involves working closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Culinary Skills specific to South Indian Cuisine
• Understanding of Hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Good Communication skills
• Relevant certifications in Culinary Arts or related fields
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
