Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie - Garde Manger, located in Trivandrum. The Chef De Partie - Garde Manger will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, managing and training junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and maintaining ingredient inventory. The role also involves collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure the timely and quality production of meals. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and presenting cold dishes and salads Experience in managing and training junior kitchen staff Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in a kitchen environment Organizational skills to maintain ingredient inventory Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Excellent teamwork and communication skills Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field preferred Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus Show more Show less
