Role Overview: As a Chef-de-partie Food Production, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for the guests. Your role will involve taking care of daily food preparation to meet standards and quality set by the company, co-ordinating daily tasks with your team, supervising operations, estimating daily production needs, and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the operations and co-ordinate daily tasks with the team - Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food materials - Ensure production, preparation, and presentation of food articles are of the highest quality standards - Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction in terms of product quality - Adhere to food cost on a perpetual basis - Document all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies related to food preparation, receiving, storage, and sanitation - Document menu items, recipes, method of production, and presentation standards - Operate department equipment and ensure correction of any malfunctions - Conduct pre-employment food trials of candidates Qualification Required: - Positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail - Well-versed in kitchen operations with proven experience - Ability to handle guest complaints/requests and resolve them effectively - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in a leadership role will be an asset - Willingness to work in a remote location - Knowledge of multiple cuisines - Proficiency in the local language Additional Details: Please share your profiles at bijay.thakur@postcardresorts.com.
