Job Description

You are a young and talented Chef de Partie with the flexibility to be a team player and work effectively within the overall kitchen operation. You have the discipline to handle freedom in creativity, explore new techniques, and lead by example as a hands-on leader. - Enable the team by ensuring food quality, equipment, and hygiene standards are always met. - Communicate expectations clearly and ensure recipes are current. - Handle scheduling, training, managing inventory and supplies, and maintain hygiene standards (HACCP). You will support the Sous Chef in various kitchen operational activities such as preparation, production, quality assurance, and providing continuous guidance to subordinates under the direction of the Executive Chef. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Possess culinary qualifications and previous experience in high-quality cuisine at the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef level. - Have a passion for great food and demonstrate leadership and communication skills. - Exhibit good knowledge of HACCP best practices and possess good English language skills.,
