Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Commis Chef specializing in South Indian Cuisine. The Commis Chef will be responsible for daily food preparation and cooking tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and maintaining culinary excellence in South Indian dishes. The role also involves working closely with senior chefs to learn and perfect various cooking techniques and recipes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking of South Indian Cuisine
• Excellent Culinary Skills and a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of Hygiene standards in food preparation
• Good Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Capability to work collaboratively in a high-paced kitchen environment
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in culinary arts are advantageous
