Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Commis 1 & 2 in Continental Cuisine at The Wave Goa. The Commis 1 & 2 will be responsible for food preparation, assisting in cooking continental dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and working closely with the kitchen team. The role includes preparation of ingredients, ensuring cleanliness, helping in inventory management, and assisting the head chef with various tasks. The position is located in Goa, India.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills in Continental Cuisine
• Strong Culinary Skills and experience in a similar kitchen environment
• Ability to maintain high standards of Hygiene
• Excellent Communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Relevant culinary certification or training is a plus
