Commercial Supervisor

Job Title: Commercial Supervisor
Location: GandhidhamSalary: 38,000 per monthExperience: 3 years plusQualification: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, M.Com preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial documentation related to purchase, sales, dispatch, logistics and billing
• Coordinate with accounts, logistics, warehouse and operations teams
• Prepare GRN, PO, Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-way Bills and Transport Bills
• Monitor daily stock movement, inventory records and reconciliation
• Vendor bill verification and follow-up for approvals
• Maintain records for GST, TDS, freight invoices and debit or credit notes
• Daily reporting of material inward and outward and stock summary
• Ensure timely clearance of transport and supplier payments
• Update ERP and Excel entries accurately related to billing, stock, dispatch and purchase
• Handle bank documentation, LC and insurance claims if required
• Coordinate with transporters for freight negotiation, dispatch tracking and POD
• Support audit team with commercial and statutory documentation

Skills Required

• Strong command in Excel and ERP (SAP, Tally, Oracle, Busy)
• Knowledge of GST, E-way bill, logistics documentation and commercial billing
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills
• Ability to handle deadlines and multi department coordination
• Strong record-keeping and documentation accuracy
