Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Adviser / Analyst at OREL. The Marketing Advisor / Analyst will be responsible for identifying client's real estate requirements, conducting analysis, micro market analysis, profiling asset classes, assisting in site visits, commercial negotiations, closure of deals, and registration.

 Key Responsibilities 

1.    Identification of new assets for marketing / leasing

2.    Periodic Update of existing inventory and addition of inventory

3.    Database management

4.    CRM inventory and update 

5.    Support role for digital marketing

6.    Establish and maintain relationships with Developers and landlords.

7.    Mapping of inventory in micro-markets

8.    Sales and site visit coordination 

9.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education level : Graduate / MBA 

Experience - 2-3 years of work ex. Experience in sales (insurance, credit cards, real estate , product marketing ) would be preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field would be an added advantage. 

Skillset : Spoken English, good communication skills. MS office , word, excel ppt etc., 

A knowledge of Digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Salary – As per market.
