As a Commercial Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving inquiries, conducting client meetings, and delivering presentations that communicate the project’s value proposition effectively. You will collaborate closely with marketing, channel partners, and investors to achieve defined sales targets, while ensuring every client interaction reflects the premium standards of the Maxvel brand.
You’ll act as a bridge between clients and management understanding client requirements, presenting tailored property options, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. The role also demands collaboration with the marketing and business development teams to align campaigns with on-ground sales strategies.

. Generate and close leads for commercial and retail spaces at Maxvel Pavilion.
. Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and corporate clients.

. Stay updated on market movements, competitor projects, and pricing trends.
. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales (Dwarka market knowledge preferred).
