Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Sales Executive located in Delhi. The Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for customer service, sales, insurance, account management, and business planning on a day-to-day basis.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry • Meet with Scientists & Procurement teams of customers to introduce & promote our raw materials • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the selection and use of our raw materials • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers • Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, and accounts, to ensure timely delivery of products and services • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of raw materials to Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care product manufacturers • Strong technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials and their applications • Fluent in regional language* along with English & Hindi • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemssalary upto 1lakh per month please share your resume on 9528871740
