The incumbent is responsible for achievement of sales targets for the assigned region through sales planning, lead generation, channel partner management, promotion planning and customer negotiations. The position is for ensuring implementation of regions marketing campaigns for generating leads for projects in the region.
You’re Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for Retail and commercial office space product development and related research activities which are in line with the market & consumer needs.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Retail and commercial office space market in real estate.
• Drive Market Research/competition benchmarking & Consumer Research studies
• Good ability to deal with clients and bring in sales.
• Retail and commercial office space leasing expertise.
• Understanding of Retail and commercial office space programming in a sizeable development
• Ability to deal with Clients
• Should be able to conduct in-depth market research
• Assist in Project Launches
• Research, study and recommend innovative features basis customer pain points and aspirations
• Drive sales strategy for sell / leasing options for Retail and commercial office space development
• EXPERIENCE: The person should have relevant experience of at least 3-5 years. Qualification
• MBA/PGDM from a Premier B School Mandatory
• With 3 to 5 years of experience working for Commercial Leasing & Sales. • Strong decision making skills, good communication, ability to develop strong professional relationships and collaborate across functions towards business goals.
