Commercial Real Estate Manager

Your role as a Commercial Real Estate Manager (US Real Estate) involves ensuring Service Delivery & Process Improvement of the function/process assigned. You should be ready to align yourself in WFH, WFO, or a mix of both work models as per business requirements. Your specific responsibilities include: - Managing the day-to-day work flow allocated to your team - Assigning work to team members based on daily productive hours and productivity standards - Ensuring daily productivity and client deliverables are met - Working closely with clients to identify requirements and translate them into work products - Keeping process/product-related documents and process maps updated for approval - Conducting training programs, briefings, and feedback sessions for the team - Preparing and presenting management reports including forecasting and variance analysis - Conducting interactive sessions with team members, organizing team-building exercises, and boosting team morale - Sharing relevant information with the team and ensuring active participation in work planning and execution To qualify for this role, you should have: - A graduate/post-graduate degree, preferably in Commerce, with a good academic background - 8-10 years of experience in US Real Estate, specifically in Commercial Loan Servicing, with at least 5 years in a people management role - Experience in product transition is an added advantage - Hands-on experience in various aspects of Servicing & Surveillance work in the Commercial mortgage domain, covering tasks such as Financial Statement & Rent Roll Review/Analysis/Normalization, Inspections, Financial & Legal Covenant Set Up & Monitoring, New Loan Set Up and Modifications, Tax Set Up and Modifications, and Escrow/Reserve Administration - Strong English comprehension and communication skills - Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio Please let me know if you need any further information.,
