Job Description

As a Commercial & Pre-Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve managing end-to-end commercial activities, including financial modeling, preparing quotations, supporting B2B product sales, and maintaining project trackers. Your strong business communication skills, basic programming knowledge, and experience with SaaS or technology-based products will be invaluable in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain financial models, pricing sheets, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI projections. - Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for clients. - Support in RFP/RFQ preparation, tender documentation, and negotiation. - Engage with B2B clients to understand requirements and propose suitable product solutions. - Collaborate with the sales team to drive product sales, demos, and client presentations. - Assist in preparing product decks, case studies, and solution documents. - Work with the product/tech team to understand SaaS features and product capabilities. - Possess experience or basic knowledge in any programming language (Java/Python/JavaScript/C++/SQL etc.) to understand technical workflows and integrations. - Support clients with product usage, onboarding, and documentation. - Maintain a project tracker to monitor progress, timelines, deliverables, and client updates. - Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Support, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of all ongoing projects. - Report project status, risks, and action plans to management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields. - 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Pre-Sales, Commercial Management, or SaaS environment. - Strong knowledge of financial modeling, proposal preparation, and commercial documentation. - Hands-on experience in at least one programming language (beginner/intermediate level). - Understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and technology processes (added advantage). - Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is preferred that you have experience in the software or technology product domain and possess the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail will be crucial for success in this role.,
