Job Description: Commercial- Negotiation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Supply Chain Management

Expert in the procurement process for materials, components, and services
Oversee sourcing activities to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with the suppliers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Identify potential risks in the supply chain and procurement process, working to mitigate these through risk management plans.

2. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor/Diploma degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in procurement of Steel industry
Strong experience, negotiation, and supplier relationship management

Skills:

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Expert in Analytics
Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, advanced MS Excel/Macros and Power Point
Knowledge of RPA process in Commercial
