Key Responsibilities: New Loan Setup: Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness. Enter loan details into the loan management system. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues. Prepare and distribute loan setup reports to relevant stakeholders • Commercial Quality Control (QC): Conduct quality control checks on new loan setups to ensure accuracy. Provide feedback and training to team members to improve loan setup processes. • Syndication Loan Management: Coordinate with syndication partners to facilitate loan syndication processes. Ensure compliance with syndication agreements and regulatory requirements. Act as a point of contact for syndication partners and address any queries or issues. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial loan operations or a related role. Strong knowledge of loan documentation, regulatory requirements, and syndication processes. Proficiency in loan management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
