Loan IQ BA

As an experienced business analyst with expertise in Loan IQ, you will be supporting commercial lending operations and technology teams. Your role will involve strong domain knowledge in loan life cycle management and hands-on experience in Loan IQ implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Bachelor's degree with significant experience as a business analyst in commercial and syndicated lending. - Proficiency in Loan IQ and Commercial Lending, including demonstrated experience with implementations of commercial lending applications. - Familiarity with the Agency Syndications & Loan Trading business, particularly in front office, operations, or business systems consulting. - Sound understanding and background in Syndication Loan Origination and Servicing activities. - Experience in Agile methodology, including eliciting requirements, writing user stories, documenting processes, and creating test cases. - Proficiency in testing and defect tracking software like ALM or JIRA. - Participation in Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective meetings. - Knowledge of the Loan IQ system and demonstrated data model understanding and application experience. - Strong SQL skills. - Thought leadership capabilities with a track record of engaging with senior leaders and managers. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
