Solution Architect (Credit Policy Implementation)

Role Overview: As a Technology Strategy Co-Creator, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with client technology executives to develop a technology strategy that accelerates platform adoption. You will be tasked with understanding the client's technology roadmap, landscape, and co-creating a platform roadmap that instills confidence in the proposed solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing reference client architectures, establishing best practices, curating an adoption pattern library, and providing overarching support to the Product and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Co-create technology strategy with client to fast-track platform adoption - Develop reference client architectures based on successful implementations across various domains - Establish best practices around the platform covering topics like Integrations, Data, Security, Scalability, and more - Curate and validate an adoption pattern library including practices related to Authentication, Authorization, Role Management, and Release Management - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and enhance the platform - Work with Delivery teams to showcase best-in-class references from real-life implementations - Empower sales and pre-sales with collaterals to instill confidence in clients regarding platform adoption best practices - Support the Platform Success Manager teams to remove obstacles on platform adoption and cross-sell post-sales Qualifications Required: - Deep and hands-on experience in Credit Policy implementation throughout the customer lifecycle, including Marketing, Originations, Account Management, and Collections for secured and unsecured consumer lending - Relevant experience working as an Enterprise Architect/Solutions Architecture in a sizable organization - Deep understanding of the Financial industry capability landscape with hands-on experience of EA frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN, or similar - Experience with Mortgage, Commercial Lending, and Leasing is a plus - Experience with Wealth Management is a plus - Hands-on exposure to any Applied Intelligence platform such as FICO, SAS, PEGA CDH, Databricks, etc. - Deep knowledge of architecture principles including Microservices, Domain Driven Designs, Composability, Extensibility, Scalability, etc. - Good team player with excellent attitude and communication skills - Open to travel as this is a global role with 50% national and international travel (Note: Any additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description.),
