Commercial Head

As a Commercial Head for our Consumer Electronics division, you will play a crucial role in leading our team to achieve commercial success. With your strong background in the consumer electronics industry, you will drive strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand our market share. Your exceptional leadership capabilities will guide the team towards fostering relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retail partners to enhance product visibility and sales channels. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, managing a high-performing sales and marketing team, overseeing budgeting and financial performance, and collaborating effectively with internal departments to streamline operations and achieve business objectives. Your strategic planning skills and market knowledge will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and profitability for our Consumer Electronics division. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in a senior management position within the consumer electronics or related industry, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Your proven leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be key in thriving in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
