Role Description

Partnerships Lead (Schools & Universities)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and outreach to premium high schools & universities
  • Build relationships with principals, college counseling offices, after-school/CCA directors, deans, and program heads
  • Deliver compelling pitches (virtual/in-person), proposals, and partnership MoUs
  • Negotiate commercials, close agreements, and coordinate handover to delivery
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and track outcomes and renewals
  • Represent VisionnaireX at relevant events/webinars to drive institutional demand

Qualifications

  • MANDATORY:

    Proven track record of securing

    school/university partnerships

    (after-school, enrichment, pathways, or similar)

    and

    an active network among institutional decision-makers
  • Strong hunter profile: independently

    source leads

    , book meetings, pitch, negotiate, and

    close

    deals
  • Prior experience in sales/business development, partnerships, or admissions/enrollment growth
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable working remotely/independently
  • (Preferred) Alumni/employee ties to Ivy League, M7-like, Oxbridge, or other top universities
  • Experience in education, EdTech, or career-development programs is essential
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
