This is a full-time role where you’ll combine technical, creative, and analytical skills to elevate our online presence and deliver a best-in-class digital experience. What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to person for everything related to our website and organic digital growth: 🔹 Website & WordPress Maintain and improve our WordPress website (structure, navigation, speed, look & feel). Build new campaign landing pages, forms, and microsites when needed. Ensure mobile responsiveness, uptime, and smooth performance. 🔹 SEO (On-Page, Technical & Off-Page) Optimize titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema, and content structure. Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, crawl/index health, and fix GSC issues. Build high-quality backlinks through partnerships, directories, and guest posts. 🔹 Analytics & Reporting Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console setup & tracking. Create UTM standards and monitor campaign performance. Build dashboards (Looker Studio/GA4) with actionable insights and recommendations. 🔹 Content for Organic Growth Research keywords and write SEO-friendly blogs and landing page copy. Maintain a content pipeline to drive steady organic growth. 🔹 Paid Search (Occasional Projects) Run small-scale Google Ads campaigns and experiments. Track ROI and share performance reports. What We’re Looking For Experience in projects around website management, SEO, and digital growth roles Strong WordPress expertise (page builders, plugins, performance optimization). Solid knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, technical, off-page). Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Search Console. Content writing skills with an eye for keyword strategy and brand voice. Bonus: Experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
