Commercial Executive

As a Commercial Executive at our Industrial Air Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in managing sales orders, processing quotations, and ensuring seamless commercial operations. Your proficiency in Odoo software will be essential for executing these tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales orders, quotations, and commercial documents accurately and efficiently. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, logistics, and production teams. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, invoices, and credit notes. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions. - Analyze sales data and provide insights to support business growth. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate potential commercial risks and opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve commercial issues and improve processes. - Utilize Odoo software to manage sales orders, inventory, and customer relationships. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales support role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in Odoo software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new features and modules. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. - Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
