Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Refrigerated Air Driers and Chillers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have good oral communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Installation and Commissioning: You will install and commission Refrigerated Air Driers and Chillers at customer sites. Troubleshooting and Fixing: Identify and resolve problems with refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Maintenance: Conduct periodic maintenance, including Annual Maintenance Contracts, to ensure system efficiency. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and offer technical support for customer satisfaction. Spares Order Conversion: Process customer orders into spares orders and ensure timely delivery. Essential Skills and Knowledge: Qualification: ITI in Refrigeration & AC Trade. Experience: 1-2 years of field experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Technical Skills: Proficient in components fixing and servicing. Interpersonal Skills: Strong oral communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to explain technical aspects to customers. Working Knowledge: Sound understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
