Commercial Executive

Role & responsibilities:

1. Customer Payment management tracking/follow-up/maintaining records
2. Monitoring payment Ageing
3. Making & sharing of quarterly supplementary working with customers (Debit/Credit Notes)
4. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on collections and outstanding balances.
5. Maintain a systematic record of pending invoices and payment schedules.
6. Maintaining reconciliation of Export/Domestic Customer accounts on quartely basis.
7. Maintaining monthly interest loss sheet for domestic & Export customers
8. Monitoring payment of Tooling Sales for Export/ Domestic customers.
9. Responsible for Providing weekly Payment forecast to finance
10. Maintaining payment terms & payment cycle records of Export/Domestic Customers.
11. Ensuring timely resolution of deductions/missing payments & disputes.
12. Responsible for Departmental Audits (Internal & External) & their closure
13. Accountable for timely collection of payments .
14. Accountable for Meeting reporting deadlines and providing reliable financial data to management.
15. Accountable for resolving debit/Credit/Dispute resolution within 30 days from date of reporting/information
16. Accountable for audits (Internal & External)

Preferred candidate profile

1. 1-3Yr of experience in Costing
2. B.Com / M.Com/B.Tech
3. Must be aware of Financial terms & GST
4. Good Communication Skill, Good Follow-up & negotiation Skills
5. Quick Learner
6. Good Knowledge of MS- Office tools
7. Must Have relevent experience. IATF Knowledge
