Opportunity Overview

You will be the backbone of day-to-day commercial activities and ensuring seamless dispatches, billing, and smooth coordination with Production, Sales, and Logistics teams. Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Executive at Bullflex Rubbers Private Limited, your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, and E-way Bills accurately and on time.
2. Creating and Maintaining order schedule in coordination with production teams.
3. Ensuring timely LR collection, recording, and circulation to the sales team & customers.
4. Cross-checking product details, quantities, rates, taxes, and stock availability before invoicing.
5. Operating the Tally Inventory Module for stock tracking, GRN entries, stock adjustments, and real-time inventory reconciliation.
6. Creating and updating dispatch plans based on customer commitments, production readiness, and transport availability.
7. Coordinating with the Sales Team on lead times, order execution status, and priority shipments.
8. Ensuring correct GST application, HSN coding, and documentation as per statutory requirements.
9. Preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS for dispatches, pending orders, and stock movement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. 2–4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Dispatch, Billing, Documentation, or Inventory Management.
2. Prior experience in manufacturing companies or industries like engineering, OEMs, mining, cement, or similar B2B sectors is preferred.
3. Strong command over

   Tally Prime

   , especially - Sales Invoice & Delivery documentation, E-way Bill integration & Inventory / Stock modules.
4. Knowledge of GST, invoicing rules, and commercial compliance.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS formatting).
6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
8. Good communication skills for internal and external coordination.
9. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. (Additional certifications in Tally Prime will be an added advantage.)
