Role Description

• Coordinate with International customer for Sales execution. 

• Coordinate and oversee all import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

• Prepare and manage documentation for import and export shipments, including invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations, and licenses.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and delivery of goods.

• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring they are on schedule and resolving any logistical issues that may arise.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Experience in the automotive or repair industry is a plus
