As a Commercial Operations Associate at inte-QT, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team to create compelling commercial proposals. With 1-3 years of experience in commercial roles within industries like banking, telecom, enterprises, or internet services, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, obtaining competitive offers from suppliers, and utilizing our advanced automation tools to deliver high-quality proposals. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the sales team to grasp customer requirements and project details, communicating directly with customers to ensure accurate proposals, engaging with suppliers to obtain the best offers, using price intelligence tools to gather pricing information, creating detailed commercial proposals in a timely manner, leveraging automation tools for efficient proposal creation, staying updated with market trends, maintaining organized records, and effective communication in English both verbally and in writing. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field, possess 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role, have an understanding of commercial and pricing strategies, excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in using commercial proposal tools and software, the ability to quickly analyze market data and supplier offers, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to work during European shift hours from our Jaipur office.
