Key Responsibilities Classroom Sessions & Events Liaison with Faculty Support High School Career Assist the Functional Head in providing administrative support to the overall high school career co unselling function. Program Development & Implementation Professional Development & School Engagement Experience, skills & Co mpetencies 5 to 8 years of experience in career co unselling, with a focus on middle school students preferred. Familiarity with career guidance frameworks and student profile development strategies. Awareness of the CBSE and Cambridge curricula, including their structure, strengths, and implications for co llege and career choices will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and co mmunication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and faculty. Empathy and ability to nnect with young adolescents. in workshops, presentations, and Proficiency in using tools for documentation and data management. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and Skilled in using student management tools and Creative problem-solving abilities to design engaging student activities.
