Job Summary:

Team Lead Collections

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Collections:

oFollow up with clients/customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.

oHandle inbound and outbound calls to address payment-related queries and reminders.

Account Reconciliation:

oReconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate payment status.

oInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in payment records in coordination with the finance team.

Reporting:

oPrepare regular reports on outstanding payments and collections progress for management review.

oMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the system

Compliance & Coordination:

oAdhere to company policies and legal requirements for collections.

oCollaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, and customer service) to resolve client disputes effectively.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with financial or ERP systems.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
