Collections Supervisor

The position available is for a full-time hybrid Collections Supervisor located in Ludhiana, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. As the Collections Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead the collections team to ensure the successful achievement of all debt recovery goals. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring the team's performance, providing necessary training and support, handling escalated cases, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in Debt Collection and Customer Service skills, along with strong Analytical Skills and Communication abilities. A background in Finance is essential, and previous leadership and team management experience will be highly beneficial.
