Location:

Role Overview:

Bucket X collections

Key Responsibilities:

Manage delinquent accounts in Bucket X for Auto Loans.
Drive call centre team performance to achieve recovery targets.
Monitor collection efficiency and implement strategies for improvement.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Handle escalations and provide resolution within TAT.
Prepare MIS reports and share with stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in
Auto Loan collections
(Bucket X preferred).
\Knowledge of
call cntre operations
and team handling.
Familiarity with
collection strategies, skip tracing, and legal processes
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
