Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Indore. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banking collections and recoveries at various branches. Daily tasks include managing collection strategies, monitoring effectiveness, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications Experience of 5-8 yrs in banking collections and recoveries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Knowledge of debt management practices and regulations Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Certifications in debt collection or related areas are a plus
