Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager, located in Alwar. The Collections Manager will oversee daily collections activities, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Key tasks include developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring account balances, addressing delinquency issues, and working closely with other departments to streamline the collections process.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Collections, Debt Recovery, and Accounts Receivable
Experience in developing and implementing effective collection strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in using financial software and tools
Analytical skills for monitoring accounts and addressing delinquency issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a managerial role within the finance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
