The Collections Manager will oversee the collection process, develop and implement strategies to improve the collection of outstanding credit, perform customer negotiations, and manage a team of collection agents. The role also involves reviewing account adjustments, resolving client discrepancies, preparing collection reports, and ensuring company policies are followed. Qualifications Experience in credit management, risk management, and collections strategies Strong leadership, team management, and customer engagement skills Knowledge of financial services, banking regulations, and the legal aspects of collections Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and collection software systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the banking or NBFC industry is a plus Show more Show less
