Collections Executive

As a Collection Specialist in our company, your role involves driving the collection process of receivables across multiple sources to reduce the total outstanding and associated average number of days. Your key objective is to maintain client partnership intact while managing the debt situation effectively. Your major deliverables will include: - Keeping track of the portfolio for specific buckets in the assigned area and controlling delinquency bucket-wise & DPD wise, with a focus on non-starters. - Providing efficient customer service for collection issues, processing customer refunds, addressing irregularities, making customer calls, adjusting accounts, writing off small balances, reconciling customer accounts, and processing credit memos as necessary. - Ensuring customer files are updated with contact times and dates, as well as information provided to customers about their debt. - Tracing defaulters and assets in cooperation with the agency's tracing team and recommending remedial actions. - Identifying defaulting accounts, investigating reasons for default, and striving to maintain a healthy customer relationship. - Engaging sales and senior management support when needed to expedite the collection process, including assisting the collection manager in repossessing assets and seeking legal and police support when required. - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/regulatory bodies, as well as company policies and procedures. Your educational qualification requirement for this role is a Graduate degree.,
