Job Description

Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on overdue accounts.

Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements within approved guidelines.

Monitor and track payment commitments and follow up for timely receipts.

Maintain updated records of all collection activities and customer interactions in the system.

Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve disputes or billing errors.

Escalate unresolvable cases to the appropriate authority for further action.

Generate and analyze aging reports and highlight high-risk accounts.

Meet individual and team collection targets.
