Collections Executive-(0–2 years) ,Full-time -Remote

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Collections Executive to manage follow-ups for outstanding payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle conversations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contact customers via call, email, or SMS regarding overdue or pending payments.
•  Explain outstanding dues clearly and professionally.
•  Negotiate and arrange payment plans when required.
•  Update customer interactions and payment status in the CRM/system.
•  Follow up consistently to ensure timely collections.
•  Escalate difficult cases to the senior team when necessary.
•  Maintain daily/weekly collection reports.
•  Coordinate with sales, finance, and support teams for account-related queries.
•  Adhere to company policies and maintain customer confidentiality.

Required Skills:

•  Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).
•  Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.

Qualifications:

•  Fresher or experience in collections/tele calling/customer support is a plus.
