Senior Quality Analyst

You will be responsible for testing and documenting Salesforce applications designed for customers, partners, and internal business users in the role of a Senior QA Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization and contribute to all aspects of the development lifecycle for internal business systems. The primary application you will test is Salesforce and other applications developed on the Force.com platform. Close collaboration with business analysts, administrators, and developers is essential for success in this position. Your responsibilities will include designing, creating, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases. You will be expected to perform extensive functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end system testing independently and collaboratively. Working closely with development and business teams to ensure the highest quality software is deployed within the defined delivery timelines is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, troubleshooting, analyzing, isolating, and reporting defects to the Salesforce development team will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be required to evaluate risks associated with test plans and provide recommendations for mitigation, as well as contribute to QA process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity in testing goals and results is crucial. To qualify for this position, you should have 4-8 years of experience in Salesforce testing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with the ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile development environment with knowledge of SCRUM methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred. Strong experience in test planning, test case management, and reporting is required. Hands-on experience with Application Lifecycle/Test Management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc., is expected. Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent is a plus. Knowledge of project management or business analysis is also beneficial and adds value to the role.,
